Love this! I had knee replacement surgery and my leg muscles were supper tight. I was having a hard time moving it in PT. I bought this on a chance. I’m so glad I did!!!! Not only has it helped but i use it on my back or shoulder….. And it’s portable. We took a 8 hr road trip while I was healing from surgery…. we get to this great hotel and I’m thinking about booking a massage at the spa….. but then I use this for the first time and realized I didn’t need a massage…… this was already awesome!!!!

Great warranty service! I ordered one and I started having problems with it within the first month. Anyway, I decided to contact the company by email and they immediately responded to my concern. Long story short, I received a new one within a few days- no questions asked.

I purchased this neck massager in 2024, and it has been wonderful for managing my fibromyalgia symptoms. Recently, it started making a clicking noise, so I contacted the seller through siaasoo to ask about a warranty. To my surprise and delight, the product is backed by an excellent warranty, and they promptly sent me a replacement. I’m very impressed with both the quality of the massager and the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend both this product and the seller!

It worked for a few massages and then it died. Doesn’t charge and doesn’t move. Super disappointing. I’ve used it a handful of times and it doesn’t work anymore.

Update; changing my review from 1 to 5. I didn’t write a review expecting to get a response, but I was SHOCKED. They reached out to me to make things right. I didn’t know this kind of customer service existed anymore. Most companies don’t really care. Thank you for fixing this issue for me and for reaching out. It makes a difference!!

This product is magnificent! Incredibly useful on neck knots, tight occipitals/nerve endings on scalp, shoulders, upper back, bum, but *especially* lower back. Will definitely break up your knots and trigger points. It comes with a handy-dandy travel case and a car charger. Pressure of rotating heads can be hard or soft depending on the way you manipulate it...Instant stress relief!

What is ever more **outstanding** is the customer service!! I cannot believe this, but the maker of this effective knot breaker upper actually sent me a BRAND NEW one after 2 years of use; it may have still worked with a new plug, but Ted went above and beyond to just send me an entirely new one with bag and car charger without any push back or issues. He stands by his products, and likes happy, relaxed and relieved customers. WHAT a generous and fantastic seller. Highly recommended.
